1. Principle

The TW-JW200 series of jewelry welding machines are developed through Sino-German technical cooperation and are specially designed for metal jewelry production and repair. Principle: The laser deposition welding technique uses high-energy laser beams to concentrate heat on a specific point. Surface heat is then transmitted to the interior, and the process is controlled by adjusting parameters such as laser pulse width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency. This melts the workpiece to form a specific molten pool.
