The TW-JW200 series of jewelry welding machines are developed through Sino-German technical cooperation and are specially designed for metal jewelry production and repair. They are mainly used for spot welding sand holes, patching holes, repairing seam lines, spot welding sand holes, and welding of claws and other parts of inlaid components in gold, silver, copper, and stainless steel jewelry.

Principle: The laser deposition welding technique uses high-energy laser beams to concentrate heat on a specific point. Surface heat is then transmitted to the interior, and the process is controlled by adjusting parameters such as laser pulse width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency. This melts the workpiece to form a specific molten pool.

Advantages: The device features an imported ceramic focusing chamber, which is corrosion-resistant and can withstand high temperatures, offering high photoelectric conversion efficiency. It also includes a state-of-the-art automatic shading system that eliminates eye irritation caused by light during operation. The device has a dual-panel design for parameter adjustment, with a adjustable lever inside the sealed chamber, making operation more convenient. The professional interior chamber design is easy to clean and recover precious metals. The laser energy, pulse width, and frequency are adjustable, making it suitable for welding various metal materials. The device is equipped with a 10X microscope magnification, crosshair indicator, and a high-speed liquid crystal valve for automatic shading. It is compact in size and easy to operate, with firm and beautiful welds, making it suitable for spot welding and patch welding of various metal materials.

Typical applications: It can be used for welding platinum, K gold, silver, copper, and various types of stainless steel and their alloys.
