Working principle:

oil Jack works according to the principle of Pasca's law. It consists of oil tank, two pressure cylinders of different sizes, rocker and closing pin valve. When working, lift the small piston and suck the oil into the small pressure cylinder. When pressing the small piston, press the oil into the large pressure cylinder.

Lifting method
1. Break with the slotting of the handle and tighten oil return valve clockwise
2. The weight of the lifting object must be estimated before use. Do not overload use. Select the focus point and place it under the lifting position correctly.
3, insert the jack handle into the handle sleeve pipe, shake the handle up and down, the piston rod should rise steadily, lifting heavy objects to the ideal height.
Descent Method
1. Remove the handle and slowly turn the handle counterclockwise to relax the oil return valve
2. If there is a load, the handle cannot rotate too fast, and it is appropriate to loosen it by oil return valve.

Maintenance
refuel or replace hydraulic oil
1. Place the Jack in the vertical state, pump Center  piston dropped to the lowest point
2. Remove the rubber oil plug on the coat and inject the cleaned hydraulic oil to the oil plug port.
3. Regularly check the lubrication drive connecting rod. If not in use, the piston rod adjustment screw and pump core should be pressed down to keep clean  rust prevention
4. Try to avoid placing it in humid environment or places with acid, alkali and corrosive gases.
Note:
1. Please read the instructions carefully before using, do not overload the use
2. Jack can only be used in hard horizontal plane, and it is forbidden to use several Jacks
3. After the weight is lifted, the weight should be supported with a support frame in time before operation can be carried out.
4. Do not disassemble the Jack without authorization to avoid functional failure or danger.
