Product introduction

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes until melted

2. Slowly pour the melted yeast water into the flour, stir well and knead into a smooth dough

3. Add butter and a little salt and knead until butter and salt are fully absorbed and the dough is smooth and elastic

Place the dough in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the microwave for the first time to rise for 40 minutes. (Place a bowl of hot water in the microwave to help the dough rise.)

Fermentation time to make the pizza sauce

5. Pour a small amount of butter into a pan and bring to a boil. Add chopped onion and stir well

11.. Preheat the oven and bake at 250 degrees for 11 minutes
