  Samples, some free samples can be sent for samples

  About Customer Service

  If the customer service cannot reply in time, please wait patiently. If it causes any inconvenience to you, please understand and forgive.

  About after-sales service

  If there are any problems caused by our negligence after receiving the goods, we can help you exchange them. If there are individual thread heads, holes, or broken edges, this is normal and does not constitute a quality issue. Orders that have been completed for more than seven days are not supported for any reason to return or refund.

  About shipping

  Prior to 4 PM, we will try to ship the order the same day. Default shipping method is J&T Express. For large orders, we can also use YTO Express or logistics.
