For bulk wholesale customers, the agreement made verbally or in writing with customer service is the standard. If all the goods are returned due to customer preferences or other issues, the customer is responsible for the round-trip freight charges. For pre-order goods with a large amount, our side will only refund up to 30% of the goods.
