1.Can i get customized glass products from your company ?
Yes , certainly . Our company provide customized service , our design department can make your ideas comes true firstly.
We will express your ideas to designer in details ,it will take 2~3 days to finish products draft . If you are satisfied with our pattern ,we can send finished sample for your reference within 7 days .
2.How can i get sample that be customized by my ideas from you?
For customized glass sample,we need to transfer your ideas to our designer,then we will provide new draft for you. If you have any requests for that , we can revise it for you .For normal type ,we provide 1~2 wine glass type for free. You only need to paid for transportation freight for it . Usually ,for sample packages ,we use international express to send it ,you can get the sample as quickly.
3.How long does it take to produce the goods?
It depends on the quantities you ordered ,also the type of glass bottle . If you don't need printing type or other artwork. For
5000pcs , it will 10~15 days. For customized or printing products ,it will take 28 ~ 35 days .
4.Can i customize package box with my logo or ideas?
Yes, Surely. In addition to product customization services, we can also provide packaging box customization services.
According to your requirements, including box size, bottle quantity, carton thickness, etc.
5.How can you promise all bottle is good condition after shipment?
For every export goods , factory will make quality test firstly to pick out the bottles that do not meet the requirements.
Using carton and bubble paper to protect glass bottle from impact , then we will fix the carton with stretch film. For each glass bottle/jar order, we will prepare 2% of whole quantity goods as backup.
