1. Installation and commissioning shall be carried out by professionals with formal qualified electrician certificates issued by relevant competent departments.

2. Check whether the voltage of power supply is consistent with the nameplate of the machine. Whether the wiring parts are strong, whether the safety grounding wire is strong. (The power cord of the oven should be connected to a special socket with anti-leakage and overload protection.)

3. Do not pull the wire forcefully to prevent the power line from falling off and causing leakage accidents. 

4. During the operation, the operator shall take appropriate protective measures when taking and putting the pastry to avoid burns or scalds.

5. Each layer of the oven is equipped with a temperature limiter. When the temperature limit is reached, the power supply of the heating tube in the oven will be cut off in time to prevent the equipment from burning out due to high temperature. The main output end of the time-limit thermometer is disconnected for a long time, and the oven stops heating. A power off process must be performed before the main output end can be connected and the oven can work normally.

6. The workplace should be kept dry and ventilated. The oven is not suitable to be directly exposed to sunlight and placed in wet or corrosive articles and gases should not be piled up in the vicinity of the oven flammable articles.

7. The oven should be placed more than 20CM away from the back wall to ensure the smooth flow of the air outlet. The environmental temperature requirements are as follows: -10~40℃, and the relative humidity is not high, 85℃.
