Customers need to know when they are shopping
1.The cabinet should be placed in an environment of 5℃~40℃, where the relative humidity is ≤90%.
2. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas which can seriously damage the metal and insulation.
3. Check whether all parts are in good condition, the water level float ball valve is adjusted to the normal water level, and the drainage valve is closed.
4. Equipped with special electric power switch to ensure effective and reliable grounding.
5. The equipment shall not be used in the open.
Operating procedures(1) Waterway installation
1. Place the hot soup tank horizontally in the use position and connect the water inlet pipe with the machine's water inlet pipe.
2. Applicable water pressure is 0.10~ 0.3mpa
(2) Electrical installation
1. Check whether the circuit is loose and connect the power cord to the corresponding power supply according to the product model.
2. The cabinet belongs to class I electrical equipment and is equipped with a special socket to ensure reliable grounding.
(iii) Trial and normal use
1. Only open the inlet valve after confirming that the drainage valve has been closed.
2. When the water level reaches the specified height, it can be electrified and heated.
3, water heating to the required temperature (with temperature controller control) will need to keep warm soup or dishes in the basin can be kept warm.
Precautions and maintenance
1. Before each use, check whether the water level of the water tank is above the normal water level. If there is no water or the water level is too low, do not turn on the power switch to avoid burning (electric heating element).
2. In case of temporary water stop or other reasons, if the water level drops and the float ball drops, the power switch should be turned off in time. It can only be resumed after the reason is found out and the water level returns to the normal level.
3. When cleaning the water tank, the surface of the electric heating element shall not be scraped with a perfect metal scraper.
4. Scrub electric heating elements regularly (usually once a week).
5. Remove the power cord, remove the residual water in the box, and scrub clean after long-term use.
6. If the service time is too long, please ask professional personnel for maintenance before use.
