Running Machine Maintenance
2. Before and after using the treadmill, the belt and work surface must be cleaned as thoroughly as possible, avoiding the use of any acidic cleaners;
3. Stand on the edge of the treadmill before each start-up, and wait until the equipment begins to operate before stepping onto the treadmill to begin your workout.
4. Under normal conditions, household users should lubricate the running board once every quarter (commercial customers once a month), using special silicon oil. When the machine is stopped, lift the running belt to drip 5-10 ml of silicon oil into the middle of the running board (firstly, clear away the dust on the running board); (Note: for home use models of Yibang treadmills, there is no need to add lubricating oil, while commercial models need to be inspected regularly according to our company's regulations.)
5. It is recommended that family users clean the internal part of the motor cover of the treadmill once a year. Turn off the power and use a tool to open the motor cover, then use a small vacuum cleaner to remove the accumulated dust.
6. After each use, the power supply should be disconnected.
